Educational Qualification

• Mandatory: B.Com + M.Com / MBA / PGDM in Finance
• Candidates should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day Finance & Accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities.
• Perform invoice processing, accounting entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and other periodic reports.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of customer/vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors/customers for finance-related queries and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable financial procedures.
• Assist in audit-related activities and provide required financial data/documents.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related activities as assigned.

• Strong knowledge of AR & AP processes
• Good understanding of accounting entries, ledger management, and reconciliations.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience in SAP Finance/Accounting modules.
• Strong command of Excel functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Experience in preparing MIS and management reports.
• Ability to manage multiple finance activities within defined timelines.
