Finance Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive with strong expertise in TDS, GST, Balance Sheet, P&L, Tax Audit, and statutory compliance. The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing day-to-day finance operations, preparing financial statements, coordinating audits, and ensuring timely statutory filings and payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle TDS computation, deduction, and payment for vendors, employees, and contractors.
  

• Prepare and maintain Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss statements, and supporting schedules.
  

• Manage GST workings, payment, reconciliation, and return filing in coordination with auditors/CA.
  

• Support in Tax Audit preparations, providing necessary financial data and documentation.
  

• Maintain bank reconciliation, fund transfers, and monthly cash flow statements.
  

• Coordinate statutory audits, tax filings, and overall financial compliance.
  

• Support MIS preparation, fund requirement planning, and monthly management reporting.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter preferred).
  

• 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts.
  

• Comprehensive knowledge of GST, TDS, financial statements (Balance Sheet and P&L), GST returns, and Tax Audit procedures.
  

• Good understanding of Indian accounting standards and statutory compliances.
  

• Proficient in MS Excel, with working knowledge of Tally or ERP systems.
  

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet timelines independently.
