Finance Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, GST returns, TDS filings, and vendor reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions to maintain a healthy cash flow.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports on finance-related metrics such as budget vs actual spending.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to financial records.

Job Requirements :

• 2-3 years of experience in finance accounting in the engineering & construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger management, invoice processing, and vendor reconciliation procedures.
• Proficiency in preparing GST returns (GSTR-1) and TDS filings (TCS return).
• Experience with bank reconciliations using Excel or other software tools.
