Finance Executive/Senior Executive

Responsibilities:-

ACCOUNTS 

1. Handling of Statutory Audit
2. Handling of Internal Audit
3. Assist in finalization of quarterly and annual financials
4. Preparation of schedule/notes to accounts
5. Scrutiny of ledgers on regular basis
6. Perform first line review of accounting entries passed by the team to ensure they are in compliance with the necessary controls in place
7. Ensure accounting is done in compliance with the Company's accounting policies
8. Handling entire Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable 
9. Verifying and authorizing all payments
10. Monitoring of Capex and Opex on monthly basis w.r.t. budget
11. Preparation of statutory dues schedule 
12. Responsible for inter-company reconciliation
13. Fixed deposit interest calculation on monthly basis
14. Review of bank reconciliation on monthly basis
15. Overview of fixed asset capitalization, tagging and AUC settlement
16. Physical verification of fixed assets
17. Verification of deprecation calculation 
18. Tracking of CWIP and regular follow-up with the respective departments for timely capitalization.
19. Preparation and checking of Interest accrued /MES scrips /RODTEP incentives working 

MIS

1. Preparing monthly presentations required by the management
2. Assist in the annual budgeting activity

DIRECT TAX

1. Handling of Tax Audit
2. Handling of Transfer Pricing Audit

MISCELLANEOUS

1. Ensuring implementation and monitoring of internal controls 
2. Checking of income tax proofs given by employees.
3. Any adhoc reporting as required by management / HOD finance.  Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Chartered Accountant (Experience : Fresher) OR 
• Inter-CA (Experience : 3-4 years work experience in Accounts)
