Finance - Deputy Manager/ Manager

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Prepare, analyze & check financial statements, reports & budgets
Coordination for audits –Statutory/Internal/Cost audits
Handle financial reporting & compliance
Monitor& forecast cash flow

Required Candidate profile

2-5 yrs of experience in audit role;big-6 experience preferred
M&A experience would be an added advantage
