Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounts
- Lead the corporate finance and accounts team.
- Oversee annual budgeting, business plans, and finalization of balance sheets.
- Review discount schemes for dealer/distributor network in coordination with the marketing team.
- Drive receivables management and debt recovery.
- Conduct periodic stock audits, physical verifications, and plant visits.
- Support internal controls and process improvements (SAP environment).
- Manage import/export documentation and EEFC account utilization.
- Oversee renewal and maintenance of working capital/credit facilities with banks.
- Handle income tax, TDS returns, advance tax calculation, and assessments.
- Manage legal and secretarial compliance requirements.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for board meetings.
- Collaborate with branches, department heads, auditors, vendors, and banks.
- Assist MD in managing the B2B sales portfolio.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8–10 years of work experience.
- Strong knowledge of finance, accounts, taxation, and banking operations.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Candidates located within 10 km of Delhi NCR corporate office preferred.
- Prior experience in the Agri, FMCG, or dealer/distributor-based industry will be an advantage.
- Play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy and compliance.
