About this role
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely availability of financial data.
- Prepare daily and monthly MIS and management reports for group companies.
- Execute end-to-end domestic and international payments in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain overall control over payment processes and support team members on payment related matters.
- Coordinate with investment advisors for fresh investments and redemptions across Mutual Funds, AIFs, PMS, and Equity portfolios.
- Prepare consolidated MIS for group investments and monitor portfolio performance.
- Handle monthly GST compliances including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-2A reconciliations.
- Prepare and finalize GST annual returns and coordinate with unit accountants and auditors.
- Compute TDS, ensure timely deposit, file TDS returns, and issue Forms 16/16A.
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and support statutory/internal audit closures.
- Prepare audit schedules and resolve audit-related queries.
- Maintain monthly payment trackers and reconciliation statements.
- Handle investment, dividend, and capital gain/loss accounting for promoters/family offices.
