SENIOR FINANCE TRANSFORMATION LEADER
Location: Hyderabad

Qualification: CA / CPA / ACCA / CMA
We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Leader to lead finance process transitions, migrations, managed services operations, and finance transformation initiatives within a GCC/SSC environment.

8. Multi-Country / Multi-Entity Accounting

10. P2P & O2C Operations
11. Intercompany Accounting & Reconciliations
12. Treasury & Cash Flow Management
13. Project / WIP Accounting
14. ERP & Cloud Accounting Tools – Xero or equivalent
15. Finance Automation – RPA / AI / BI
16. Strong Stakeholder & Team Management
Ideal Candidate:
15–18 years of Finance & Accounting experience with strong exposure to finance transitions/migrations into GCC, SSC or Managed Services environments. Experience in managing multi-country finance operations across US, NZ, Australia and Europe will be highly preferred.
