Position- Senior Executive- Corporate Finance

Location- Baner, Pune

Qualification- Qualified CA

Must have experience in Real Estate / CA firm

Job Description:

• Fund syndication, fund raising, strategic financial management, finance, credit rating, cashflow management, fund flow management, TEV report, treasury function, Business plan.
• Daily Cashflow updation and funds planning.
• Manage tax audits, scrutiny assessments, and appellate proceedings under the Income Tax Act.
• Supervise end-to-end GST compliance, including return filing (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C) and reconciliation of ITC.
• Lead resolution of GST notices, audits, assessments, and departmental queries
• Interaction with respective departments for setting up monthly budgets in line with funds availability.
• Payment Process planning and monitoring
• Post Disbursement MIS, communication and maintenance of relations.
• Keeping a track of new developments in the funding space in real estate market
• Meeting and maintaining new connections with the Banks and continuously exploring new structures and possibilities in line with our requirements.
