Finance Business Partner || Commercial Finance || Gurgaon

We are looking for experienced FP&A and Finance Business Partnering professionals to join our finance team in Gurugram. The role will involve supporting business performance, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, Business Finance Partnering, P&L Management, and Business Performance Analysis.

• Partner with business leaders and functional stakeholders to support financial and commercial decision-making.
• Translate business objectives into financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Provide financial insights to improve revenue, profitability, and cost efficiency.
• Own and review P&L performance, including revenue, costs, margins, and profitability.
• Conduct budget vs. actual analysis and explain key financial and operational variances.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to identify growth and cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor key business KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.
• Support pricing, investment, and resource allocation decisions through financial analysis.
• Drive working capital management, cash flow forecasting, and financial performance improvement initiatives.
• Present financial performance and business insights to senior management.
• Ensure financial plans are aligned with business objectives and support long-term growth.
