Finance Auditor
Company: Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels Locations: Pune and Bangalore (South India)
Job Summary Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels is looking for experienced Finance Auditors to oversee financial audits across hotel properties, ensure compliance with company policies, and strengthen financial controls.
Key Responsibilities - Conduct regular financial audits across hotel properties.
- Review financial statements, revenue, expenses, and financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial procedures.
- Identify financial discrepancies, risks, and irregularities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Evaluate internal controls and suggest improvements in financial processes.
- Prepare audit reports and share findings with management.
- Coordinate with property Finance Heads to resolve audit observations.
- Conduct follow-up audits to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Travel monthly to assigned hotel properties as per business requirements.
- B.Com or MBA in Finance.
- Minimum 10+ years of overall experience in Finance, Accounting, and Auditing.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Finance HOD or in an equivalent leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, auditing, internal controls, and compliance.
- Hospitality or hotel industry experience will be preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to travel every month across hotel propertie
