◆ Prepare data for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B from sales and purchase records

◆ Reconcile purchase data with GSTR-2B to verify Input Tax Credit (ITC)

◆ Track GST due dates and maintain a monthly compliance calendar

◆ Assist with TDS/TCS calculation, challan preparation and quarterly returns

◆ Prepare advance tax workings

◆ Compile data for income tax return filing

◆ Help prepare annual forms such as AOC-4 and MGT-7

◆ Assist with event-based forms such as DIR-12 and INC-22

◆ Draft board documents, including notices, agendas, minutes and resolutions

◆ Maintain filing trackers and store acknowledgements and challans

◆ Collect documents and information from clients and internal teams

◆ Stay current with CBIC, CBDT and MCA notifications and circulars

◆ Education: B.Com, BBA, B.Com LLB, BBA LLB (final-year or recent graduate)

◆ Basic understanding of Companies Act, GST, TDS, and tax laws (through coursework or internships)

◆ Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to Tally / QuickBooks is a plus

◆ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

◆ Eagerness to learn, analytical mindset, and attention to detail

◆ Willingness to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
