Finance Associate

Role Summary

We are looking for a newly qualified CA with 1-1.5 years of experience to join our Finance team. You will support day-to-day accounting, reporting, compliance and audit activities, and grow into a broader finance role.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Close

• Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate, timely posting of entries
• Support month-end and year-end closing, including provisions, accruals and reconciliations
• Perform bank, vendor and inter-company reconciliations

Reporting & MIS

• Prepare monthly MIS, variance analysis and management reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow tracking
• Assist in preparing financial statements as per Ind AS / IGAAP

Taxation & Compliance

• Support GST, TDS and income tax compliance, including working, filing and reconciliations
• Coordinate with consultants and ensure statutory due dates are met

Audit & Controls

• Assist in statutory, internal and tax audits by preparing schedules and responding to queries
• Follow internal controls and flag process gaps or exceptions

Cross-functional Support

• Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, HR and Operations on finance-related queries
• Support process improvements and automation in finance operations
