About this role
Job Description
- Responsible for invoicing & emailing & courier of Finance documents.
- Files, keeps records, and prepares/transmits/sorts/distributes facsimiles, mail, e-mail, and reports as needed.
- Performs data entry using various computer programs, word processing, spreadsheets as required.
- Ensure accuracy and timely posting of accounts receivable receipts as per Banking platforms & customers information in System or spreadsheets.
- Ensure accuracy of daily bank reconciliations. Report any issue to supervisor timely.
- Ensure accuracy and timely payment of Account payable invoices and customers refunds as instructed.
- Reviews discrepancies in data received, requests clarification or advises supervisor of issues related to data and performs data verification routines in accordance with company procedures.
- Interact with departmental and/or other staff on matters affecting data and makes recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes to ensure standards in data entry, collection, and retrieval.
- Perform quality work within deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelors degree in accounting/Graduate or above qualification.
