Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance Associate/ Assistant Manager for Revenue function. The role involves close coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate revenue recognition, invoicing and efficient execution of AR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts, billing terms and milestones to evaluate revenue recognition.
• Raising invoice as per terms of the agreement and applicable GST laws.
• Review all the information such as supporting records, approvals, internal policies before invoice generation.
• Ensure invoices are raised and shared with stakeholders within defined timelines.
• Manage Accounts Receivable activities, including customer ledger reconciliation and collections application.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of accounting principles, GST and TDS.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines.
• Good communication skills.
