Finance Associate / Process Associate

Job Summary :

We are seeking motivated, energetic and detail oriented candidates to join our team as Finance Associate / Process Associate. The selected candidate will oversee billing/order management activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Science, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 0-4yrs of experience with Microsoft Excel or related.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including expertise in formulas (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, IF/IFS statements) to cross-reference data and manage MIS reporting.
• Strong capacity to analyze time and cost data with a high level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment to consistently meet operational SLAs.
• Excellent verbal and written skills for stakeholder presentations and seamless cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to work in night shifts (US Time Zone).

Core Responsibilities

• SLA Management: Handle time-critical inbound and outbound operational tasks to maintain warehouse SLA timelines.
• Process Documentation: Follow, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure absolute organizational transparency.
• Quality & Compliance: Audit operational tasks for accuracy, ensuring all workflows strictly adhere to the facility standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and drive process enhancements to optimize efficiency and minimize workflow delays.
