Be the finance backbone of a Chennai-based process equipment manufacturer scaling up through a plant expansion and an upcoming SME listing. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the Executive Director, with a seat at the table on capex decisions, fund deployment, and the company's listing journey.

What You'll Do

• Lead the in-house accounts team and own the statutory compliance calendar (GST, TDS, PF/ESI, ROC) target zero penalties
• Be the company's senior point of contact with the CA and CS
• Own costing accuracy and monthly MIS (P&L, cash flow, working capital, budget-vs-actual)
• Run the annual budgeting process and track capex for the ongoing plant expansion
• Manage banking relationships, cash flow, and working capital
• Coordinate with CA, CS, merchant banker/BRLM, and RTA as the company's SME IPO progresses

What We're Looking For

• CA (Inter/Final), CMA, or MBA (Finance)
• 710 years in manufacturing/project industry, with team management experience
• Strong hands-on statutory compliance background
• Zoho Books or similar ERP experience
• IPO/restructuring exposure a plus, not mandatory
