Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the complete Accounts & Finance function.
• Manage budgeting, financial planning, MIS and cash-flow management.
• Oversee hospital revenue, receivables, payables and cost control.
• Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
• Handle internal/statutory audits and financial reporting.
• Monitor TPA/Insurance receivables and collections.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS and variance reports.
• Strengthen internal controls and identify financial leakages.
• Provide strategic financial inputs to Senior Management.
• Lead and manage the Accounts & Finance team.

Candidate Profile:

• CA Qualified with 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• Hospital/Healthcare finance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, budgeting and financial controls.
• Excellent Excel/ERP/Tally and MIS reporting skills.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
• High integrity and accountability.
