Finance And Accounts Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall Finance & Accounting operations
  • Manage month-end, quarter-end & year-end books closure
  • Review accounting entries, reconciliations, provisions & accruals
  • Prepare and review MIS reports & financial analysis
  • Monitor AP, AR, vendor/customer balances & ageing
  • Support audit, taxation and statutory requirements
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, controls & SOPs
  • Manage a small F&A team and coordinate with stakeholders
  • Drive process improvements and ensure accurate SAP transactions

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant F&A experience
  • CA Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred
  • Hands-on SAP experience is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of P&L, Bs & Cash Flow
  • Excellent month-end closing & reconciliation skills
  • Strong MS Excel, MIS and analytical skills
  • Good team and stakeholder management skills
