Role & responsibility:

Required Skills:

Must-Have:

• Strong understanding of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting.
• Experience in General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Reconciliations.
• Knowledge of Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Oracle Fusion, or similar.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial analysis.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools.
• Knowledge of SQL for financial data analysis.
• Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, Alteryx, UiPath).
• Professional certifications such as CA, CMA, ACCA, CPA, or MBA Finance.
