Finance & Accounts Professional

Maintain day-to-day accounting records including ledgers, journals, and vouchers.

Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit loss statements as per accounting standards.

Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely collection and payments.

Handle payroll processing, reimbursements, and employee expense claims.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the hospital.

Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory regulations.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.

Generate regular MIS reports for management review.

Support financial analysis, cost control, and expense management initiatives.

Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Accounting ( B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred).

1-3 years of experience in accounting and finance (hospital/healthcare experience preferred).

Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, SAP, or any ERP system).

Understanding of GST, income tax, payroll, and statutory compliance.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and reporting tools.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Knowledge of hospital finance operations and compliance is an added advantage.
