About this role
Role & responsibilities
Manage day-to-day Accounts & Finance operations.
Finalize Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and financial statements.
Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
Handle banking, cash flow, working capital, and reconciliations.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
Guide and supervise the Accounts team.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Accounting & Financial Reporting
GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance
SAP ERP (Mandatory)
Advanced Microsoft Excel & MIS Reporting
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Preferred candidate profile
Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 8-10 Years
Qualification: B.Com (M.Com / CA Inter / ICWA / MBA Finance preferred)
Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Engineering / Packaging Machinery
