F&A Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize financial statements as per Schedule III.
• Handle end-to-end accounting, month-end/year-end closure and MIS reporting.
• Manage accounting and reporting for multiple clients/entities.
• Handle foreign subsidiary / foreign-owned company accounts and related reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, auditors and internal teams.
• Support GST, TDS and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Review financials, ledgers and reconciliations and ensure accuracy and timely closure.

Key Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in preparation of financial statements as per Schedule III is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills with strong client-handling ability.
• Experience primarily from a CA firm, consulting firm or client-facing organization preferred.
• Experience handling foreign subsidiaries / international clients is highly preferred.
• Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 1 week preferred.
• CA / CA Inter / M.Com / BCom or relevant finance qualification.
