Finance & Accounts Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
• Manage and process claims, including verification, documentation and reconciliation.
• Review claims and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for claim-related queries and discrepancies.
• Maintain proper records of claims and ensure timely closure.
• Perform bank, ledger, customer and vendor reconciliations.
• Prepare MIS reports and finance-related statements.
• Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
• Support audits and provide required financial information and documentation.
• Monitor outstanding claims and follow up for timely resolution.
• Identify discrepancies and ensure proper accounting and reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
• CA Inter / CA Attempted candidates preferred.
• Strong knowledge of claims processing and reconciliation.
• Good understanding of accounting principles.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS and basic taxation.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Tally/ERP.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
