Final Inspector

• Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for recurring defects.
• Ensure proper identification and segregation of OK / Rework / Rejection components.
• Maintain calibration status and proper handling of measuring instruments.
• Follow company quality procedures, safety requirements and 5S practices.
• Conduct final inspections of mechanical components, ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Handle instruments, Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, gauges, and other equipment to ensure proper functioning and accuracy.
• Read and interpret 2D drawings to identify dimensions, tolerances, and requirements.
• Operate CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) software to perform measurements accurately.
• Implement Poka Yoke principles to minimize errors during production processes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in Final Inspection or Quality Control role
• Good knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T
• Knowledge of dimensional inspection and measuring instruments
• Basic knowledge of CNC / VMC machining processes
• Diploma or Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.).
• Strong understanding of 5S system implementation for maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Proficiency in using CMM software for precise measurement taking.
• Ability to work in shifts, if required
