• Manage Finacle Infra including servers, databases, middleware, and network components.
• Perform installation and configuration of Finacle 10.x, ensuring successful deployment in production and non-production environments.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of Finacle systems.
• Handle upgrades, patching, monitoring, and disaster recovery.
• Provide technical support during production issues and outages.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
• Document infra processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong expertise in

Oracle PL/SQL and

Unix/Linux environments .

• Proven

hands-on experience in Finacle 10.x installation and setup .

• Knowledge of Finacle architecture and infra monitoring tools.
• Experience in system upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with

ITIL processes and incident management.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Experience Criteria
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in

Finacle Infra support .

• Mandatory: At least one end-to-end

installation of Finacle 10.x .

• Hands-on experience in BFSI domain preferred.
