Finacle Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Finacle Core Banking solutions based on client requirements.
• Handle Finacle scripting, customization porting, and parameter configurations.
• Develop interfaces/API integrations with third-party banking applications.
• Work on Finacle version upgrade and migration projects.
• Perform deployment, testing, debugging, and production support activities.
• Coordinate with bank stakeholders, implementation teams, and OEM partners.
• Prepare technical documents, deployment guides, and solution design documents.
• Support UAT, Go-Live, and post-production stabilization activities.
• Analyze CRs (Change Requests) and provide effort estimations.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Finacle Core Banking.
• Experience in Finacle customization and scripting.
• Knowledge of Java/J2EE, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Unix/Linux shell scripting.
• Experience in web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware integrations.
• Understanding of banking domains such as CASA, Loans, Payments, Trade Finance, or Government Business.
• Familiarity with Finacle deployment architecture and troubleshooting.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
