Finacial Work day- Hybrid- Bangalore

• 48 years of overall IT/application support experience.
• 2–5 years of experience supporting Workday Financials, ERP systems, Finance Applications, or Enterprise Platforms.
• Strong understanding of Workday Financials functional processes.
• Experience in production/application support and incident resolution.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Incident Management
• Service Request Management
• Ticket Management
• Financial Reporting
• Data Maintenance & Corrections
• Security & Access Management
• L1/L2 Application Support
• Good understanding of finance and accounting business processes.
• Experience working with finance users and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Exposure to Workday integrations.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Exposure to Payroll & Expense systems.
• Experience supporting Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Understanding of Tax & Treasury processes.
• Experience with external financial reporting.
• Experience working in an enterprise IT/TechOps environment.
