• We are seeking a dynamic individual to join the Business Advisory team, based in Powai, partnering with the global IB team
• The individual will work closely with the EMEA regional stakeholder and Global IB CAO team. They will support the global requirements for IB business
• Publishing Management reports for Global IB Business heads, CEO's and CAO's with analysis of Daily, MTD & YTD P&L.
• Delivering on the ad hoc requests within the stringent timeliness and maintaining high level of accuracy.
• Constantly communicating with IB CAO team to assist them in accounting & tracking IB revenue and pipelines details
• Analyse the trend of revenue numbers and make reports to enable senior management in preparation of Budgets.
• Doing UAT -Testing and giving sign off on the new developments requested in Business objects
• Strong SAP BusinessObjects 4.3 web intelligence skills, Expertise in developing and designing Webi Rich Client reports, Dashboards and managing ad hocs, managing yearly end rollover.
• Strong Excel skills (with prior experience using Advance Excel formulas, Power Query) and PowerPoint skills are critical.
• Strong Analytical and Situational Problem-solving skills
• Ability to present and explain workings in a clear and concise manner to a diverse audience
• Automation ofprocesses using Power BI / VBA macros is an added advantage
• Ability to prioritize high volumes of deliverables across multiple disciplines working under pressure

• Ability to make informed decisions and assumptions to support decision making under time pressure and validate detailed analysis
• Good Knowledge of IBD products
• Is entrepreneurial and independent a self-starter, takes ownership, exhibits integrity, initiative, strong motivation and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize high volumes of deliverables across multiple disciplines working under pressure

• Good project skills - planning, coordination/ execution, senior management reporting, situational awareness
• Prior experience in strategy roles would be an added advantage
• Ability to present the story using Excel Charts and PowerPoint
