Filling Executive

- Batch filling related activity for all products of PFS/Vial/Cartridge and PFS-Cartridge nested filling machine. 

- Execution of finished product filling activity as per SOP. 

- Issuance of RM/CM/PM. Supervision, preparation and filtration of disinfectant solution. 

- Check and prepare documentation related to manufacturing, autoclave and filling activity. 

- Fill / verify / check and sign as a production chemist in GMP document 

- Responsible for proper maintenance and sanitation in FP and its associated area. 

- Operation and cleaning of LAF, Dynamic passbox, Glove integrity tester. 

- Activities other than mentioned above after completion of Training. 

- To follow Good Documentation Practices and Data Integrity’ requirements during any GxP Operation and recording at site. 

- To take responsibility that application of Data Integrity requirements and potential consequences for not following it are understood and followed. 

- To review in the perspective of compliance to Data Integrity requirements while reviewing any GxP data (Records, Reports) specific to Job description. 

- To ensure that, In case of any event of potential data breach, it shall be handled through SOP on ‘Handling of Potential Data Integrity Observation.
