Filling and Sealing Machine Operator

Role & responsibilities

• Operate and monitor filling and packing lines for pharmaceutical liquid products.
• Perform machine setup, changeover, and routine operational checks.
• Ensure filling accuracy, line clearance, and product quality.
• Maintain BMR/BPR and packing documentation.
• Follow GMP, SOPs, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with QA, Production, and Engineering during operations.
• Experience with Monoblock Filling Machines

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Polytechnic / D. Pharma.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing or packaging operations.
• Hands-on experience in operating Rotary Filling & Sealing Machines for pharmaceutical products.
• Knowledge of machine setup, operation, changeover, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with filling volume control, sealing quality checks, and in-process inspection activities.
• Good understanding of GMP, SOPs, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and production documentation.
