Field Valuation Executive - Retail Valuation & Advisory

Conduct site visits of various properties

Undertake research of market comparables

Conduct field survey and interact with local real estate broker(s)/agent(s)

Prepare database of residential, commercial, retail, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, and educational facilities

Work and coordinate with Administrators, Drafters, reviewer to resolve issue(s) as and when they arise with respect to tech platform

Coordinate with IT Team and other team members over phone as and when required to ensure no/minimal downtime of tech platform

Tech Skills

MS Word and MS Excel

Use of form and fields dashboards on the phone and on laptops/desktops

Internet-based searches using Google and other search engines

Organizing data, and maintaining records

Understanding basic business principles,and office procedures

Providing excellent customer service and handling inquiries effectively

Languages: English (read, written and spoken), Hindi (read, written and spoken), and local language where you will be stationed (read, written and spoken)

Handling communications with local real estate broker(s) and agent(s)

Expected years of experience

More than 2 years in property inspection for Valuation Firms or Other Real Estate Consultancy Firms
