Field Trainer

• Train new restaurant employees on service standards, POS systems, hygiene, and SOPs.
• Conduct on-floor coaching, refresher training, and skill development for existing staff.
• Support training and staff readiness for new restaurant/store openings.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and employee performance.
• Identify skill gaps and conduct targeted training to improve employee capabilities.
• Ensure consistent service quality, food standards, hygiene, and SOP compliance across outlets.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance, assessments, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with outlet teams and the Training Manager to address operational training requirements.
• Travel across assigned restaurants/outlets and regions for training and coaching.
• Provide continuous coaching and feedback to improve customer service and operational standards.

Requirements

• Graduate; Hospitality/Hotel Management qualification preferred.
• 3 years to 5 years of experience in dine-in restaurant operations, training, or floor supervision.
• Strong communication, presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, hygiene, and SOPs.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned outlets.
