Field Support Engineer

Location: Cochin (Kochi), Kerala

Salary: 24,000 per month (NTH)

Job Description

We are looking for a Field Support Engineer to handle printer installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting at customer locations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Visit customer locations for printer installation and service support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve printer hardware and technical issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown support.
• Handle installation, configuration, and replacement of printer components.
• Troubleshoot LaserJet, Inkjet, MFP, and related printer issues.
• Coordinate with customers and provide timely technical support.
• Maintain service reports and update job status.
• Handle spare parts and ensure proper replacement of defective components.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma / ITI / Any Graduate with relevant technical experience.
• 13 years of experience in printer service, maintenance, or field technical support.
• Experienced in printer hardware and troubleshooting.
• Experience with printers will be preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Two-wheeler is mandatory.
• Valid driving licence is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations within Cochin/Kochi.

Salary & Benefits

• 24,000 per month NTH
