Field Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day field activities, including farmer mobilization, training sessions,

demonstrations, and data collection.

• Provide technical support to farmers on regenerative cotton practices under the guidance of the agronomy

team.

• Ensure timely and quality implementation of field protocols and project interventions.
• Manage a team of field staff and enumerators assigned to the respective block or region
• Conduct basic data checks and validations before submission to the data management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Agriculture, Rural Development, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience working in agriculture, farmer outreach, or rural development projects.
• Willingness to be based in rural locations with frequent field travel.
