About the Role:

• The JM Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of technicians and delivering quality Termite services, optimising material consumption and service excellence through them.
• The incumbent will report to the Operations Team and will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise technicians and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor and support termite, SME, and solo technician jobs as required.
• Manage material issuance, fuel, PPE distribution, and stock verification.
• Prepare technician kits daily based on the next day's schedule.
• Coordinate daily technician deployment with SPs as per OTOZ.
• Track and optimise material usage; manage surplus and expiring stock.
• Maintain store hygiene and ensure stock accuracy with NAV.
• Conduct service quality checks and surprise visits.
• Improve termite job quality and reduce complaints.
• Encourage technicians to generate service and product leads.

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:

• Minimum 10th pass (12th preferred); ability to read and write in the local language (English preferred)
• 0-2 years of experience
• Successfully completed L1 Training Program (L2 preferred)
• Preferably owns a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
• Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage
