Field Service IX

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Commissioning:

• Visit customer sites to install and commission PACs and Chillers.
• Ensure proper setup and operational readiness of HVAC systems.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

• Perform preventive maintenance according to scheduled plans to maintain optimal performance.
• Respond promptly to breakdown calls and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• Diagnose and resolve operational problems encountered by customers.

Customer Support & Communication:

• Work closely with customers to understand requirements and provide effective HVAC solutions.
• Provide technical guidance on system operation, maintenance procedures, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate service records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Proactively identify service delivery improvements and recommend solutions.
• Demonstrate professionalism and commitment to quality service.

Safety & Compliance:

• Uphold safety standards and protocols while performing on-site activities.
• Ensure a safe working environment for all parties involved.

Travel Requirement:

• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
