About the Role:

Medispec is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our technical service team.

• Install, commission, inspect, and maintain equipment and systems at customer locations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, or technical issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per service schedules.
• Attend customer complaints and provide timely on-site technical support.
• Conduct equipment testing, calibration, and performance checks where required.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with internal technical, production, and engineering teams to resolve complex issues.
• Train customers/operators on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Maintain service tools, spare parts, and equipment required for field activities.
• Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and technical standards.
