Field Service Engineer

Employment Type: Full Time

• Attend and resolve customer complaints at customer sites in a timely and professional manner.
• Diagnose issues and carry out service, repair, or replacement of solenoid valves at customer locations, as required.
• Prepare and submit detailed service reports, site visit reports, and Minutes of Meeting (MOM) after each visit.
• Provide technical support to customers/end users through telephonic discussions, video calls, and email communication, with the objective of resolving issues remotely before visiting the site whenever feasible.
• Maintain accurate records of site visits, service activities, observations, and corrective actions taken.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Service, Quality, and Sales) for replacement, servicing, and maintenance of valves at the factory, and maintain records for audit purposes.

• Basic knowledge of solenoid valve construction, operation, and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical repair activities
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, datasheets, and wiring diagrams
• Familiarity with service tools, measuring instruments, and testing equipment used for valve servicing and diagnostics
• Basic understanding of pneumatic and electrical systems
• Must require site visit experience
