We are looking for enthusiastic engineers who want to learn a lot of things about consumer products with the latest AI & IOT Technologies used by global brands.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Giving Product Demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use & provide a Delightful Customer Experience
• Communicate with customers regarding service activities, explain repairs, and provide usage guidance.
• Perform calibration & testing post-repairs to ensure equipment functionality
• Record service activities, parts used, and time spent; provide reports to internal teams or customers.
• Coordinating and facilitating a smooth flow of communication within the internal teams
• Build and maintain relationships and rapport with customers to get an opportunity to sell Accessories / Consumables and get a chance to earn an incentive (NO Targets).
