Job Description

AKAS Medical Equipment is looking for Field Service Engineers to provide technical service and customer support for medical equipment at hospitals and customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, preventive maintenance (PM), servicing and demonstration of medical equipment
• Troubleshooting and servicing of Syringe Pumps, Infusion Pumps, Blood & Fluid Warmers and DVT Pumps
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely service support
• Prepare service reports and coordinate with internal teams
• Travel across Raipur, Bilaspur, Bhilai, Durg and other assigned locations throughout Chhattisgarh

Eligibility

• B.E./B.Tech – Biomedical Engineering preferred
• ECE / EEE / Electrical / Electronics candidates may also apply
• Freshers and candidates with 1+ year relevant experience can apply
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills
• Willingness to travel and work at hospitals/customer locations
• Candidates from Raipur and nearby areas in Chhattisgarh preferred
