Field Service Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our team. This is a field-based role involving customer visits, machine installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customer locations for service and maintenance activities.
• Handle machine installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and breakdown service in customer place.
• Identify and resolve mechanical/electrical issues at customer sites.
• Travel to different customer locations as required.
• Prepare service reports after customer visits.
• Coordinate with customers and the internal technical team.

Requirements

• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Freshers can apply.
• Willingness to work in a field-based role and travel to customer locations.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic technical knowledge is preferred.

Note: This is primarily a field service role, so candidates should be comfortable with regular customer visits and travel.
