Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers for UPS, Inverters, and other electrical equipment.
  
• Conduct field service activities such as installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
  
• Troubleshoot issues with existing installations and provide solutions to resolve problems efficiently.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and requests.
  
• Maintain accurate records of work performed on site including documentation of testing results.
