Field Service Engineer Junior (Kolkata)

1. Take responsibility of technical intervention on site, include installation,   training ,repairing   , maintenance , technical support, at related operations , to keep machines running in end-user.  

2. Contact customer and supply necessary support, to build & maintain good customer relationship.  

3. Supply necessary/possible support to sales and   dealers   team to direct push sales business.  

4. Pass the technical training and   test ,   keep and improve personal technical skill ,to maintenance high quality service to customer .  

5)Take care of billing and   invoice ,   AR collection related to routine service event, control personal cost, achieve personal finance target.  

6. Manage personal inventory management include spare parts and tools.  

7. Execute technical task appointed by team leader   

8)Learn and use technical management system to ensure correct and complete data input
