Role & responsibilities

Their job would be to:

Teach sales representatives about pharma products, therapy areas and product benefits.

Train them on how to approach doctors, handle objections and improve sales conversations.

Conduct classroom/online training sessions.

Keep trainees engaged and motivated.

Assess whether trainees have understood the training.

Help new sales employees become productive faster.

Coordinate training schedules, materials and assessments.

Potentially use LMS/training software to track learning.
