About FliqaIndia

FliqaIndia is a growing photography, videography, creative services, and technology company serving individuals, brands, corporates, and event clients. We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Specialist who can represent FliqaIndia in the market, build strong client relationships, generate new business opportunities, and contribute directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit prospective clients, businesses, event venues, corporate offices, educational institutions, hotels, agencies, and other potential partners across Kolkata.
• Generate new leads through field visits, networking, references, cold outreach, and local market research.
• Present and sell FliqaIndia's photography, videography, event coverage, corporate content, and related creative services.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services or packages.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales discussions professionally.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify repeat-business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the internal sales, operations, photography, and management teams for quotations and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities in the company's CRM.
• Work toward monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Collect market feedback and identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential customer segments.
• Represent FliqaIndia professionally during meetings, events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Who We're Looking For

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Confident in meeting and communicating with new people.
• Comfortable with regular field visits across Kolkata.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
• Good understanding of sales and customer relationship management.
• Ability to follow up consistently and close deals.
• Basic knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp, email, and digital communication tools.
• Bengali, Hindi, and English communication skills are preferred.
• Previous experience in field sales, B2B sales, event industry, photography, media, hospitality, advertising, or service sales will be an advantage.

Experience

Preferred: 1–3 years of sales or field-sales experience.

Strong freshers with excellent communication skills, confidence, and a genuine interest in sales may also apply.

Compensation

20,000 – 25,000 per month + attractive performance-based incentives
