Key Responsibilities
Identify and visit competitive exam coaching institutes and academies across Chennai.
Meet institute owners, management and key decision-makers.
Understand their requirements and identify relevant business opportunities.
Demonstrate and explain the technology product and its benefits.
Effectively position the product based on customer needs and use cases.
Generate leads, conduct follow-ups and convert prospects into customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with coaching institutions.
Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
Provide market feedback and insights to the team.
Candidate Profile
Strong interest and passion for field sales and business development.
Good understanding of technology products / SaaS / EdTech solutions.
Ability to learn, understand and confidently present a technology product.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Good convincing and relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable with field visits and meeting customers directly.
Self-motivated, target-oriented and passionate about achieving conversions.
Freshers with strong communication, sales aptitude and technology awareness are welcome.
Prior experience selling EdTech, SaaS or technology products is an added advantage.
