Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹24,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Summary:

We are hiring energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executives to promote and install Paytm products/services at retail stores and help merchants with day-to-day service-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retailers/merchants in the assigned territory on a daily basis.
• Generate sales and complete installation/activation of Paytm products.
• Explain product features, benefits, and usage to retailers.
• Resolve basic merchant service issues and provide necessary support.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Complete assigned daily tasks and submit required updates/reports.
• Maintain good relationships with retailers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow company processes, compliance guidelines, and field reporting requirements.

Eligibility:

• 12th pass or above preferred.
• Freshers are welcome; field sales experience will be an advantage.
• Must have a smartphone and basic knowledge of mobile apps.
• Must own a 2-wheeler and have a valid Driving Licence (DL).
• Good communication skills and willingness to work in the field.
• Target-oriented, disciplined, and self-motivated.
