Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Field Sales Representative to promote products and services, identify potential customers, and build strong client relationships through field visits and direct interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers to promote products and services.
• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
• Explain product features and benefits to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Maintain sales records and submit regular performance reports.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel for client visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.

Eligibility

• BBA, B.Com, B.A., BMS, or a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
• A willingness to travel for fieldwork is required.
