Field Sales Representative

Job Brief:

Field Sales Representative is an out-of-office job that involves going directly to the customers, actively engage them, and encourage purchases. Candidate is responsible for attracting new customers, working with dealers and maximize sales within his sales territory. Candidates will work prospects through the entire sales cycle, including developing new leads, educating prospects, and turning potential leads into long-term customers.

Role & responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing customers
• Cultivate new leads within the sales territory
• Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis
• Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
• Represent the company during all customer and prospect interactions
• Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them
• Work with dealers to explore different methods to satisfy customer needs

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in Sales will be preferred.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven with the ability to focus on achieving set objectives and goals.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
